RONNI LYNN HART

As a founder of Powerline Entertainment, Ronni Lynn Hart represents award-winning artists. Since 2005, she has steadily grown her roster of clients who have been seen in leading roles on television, in major motion pictures and both on and off Broadway. 

She has built her reputation as a manager who offers her clients strong leadership combined with dedication and service. She works with each client to develop a unique strategy – a personal business plan – and uses her creativity and industry knowledge to assist her clients in aggressively pursuing and achieving their career vision.

She is an active member of Women in Film and the Talent Managers Association.

By profession, Ronni is an attorney, admitted to the New York State Bar, where she is a member of its Entertainment Law Division. She is also a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. Ronni is admitted to practice in the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and in 1998, she was honored to be admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.

She lives in both Los Angeles and New York and maintains offices in both cities.

DAVE HART

During Dave Hart's 30+ years in the entertainment industry, he has worked with and represented the best talent in the music world. He's played an integral role in over 30,000 live events and continues building on that track record today.

In addition to representing Ringo Starr and producing the Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band's tours throughout the U.S., Canada and worldwide, Dave's clients include classic rockers Edgar Winter, Eric Burdon, and Nathan East and contemporary acts, Alisan Porter, Jai'Len Josey, and Jake Wildhorn. Dave also represents Broadway stars Linda Eder, Faith Prince, and Rogelio Douglas, Jr, and Jaclyn McSpadden. 

Recently, Dave has brought on bands such as Men At Work (Europe Only) as well as the Local LA musician Zach Tabori. 

Prior to co-founding Powerline, Dave was a senior agent at ICM and spent four years establishing the Theatrical Concert Division at The Agency Group, an internationally renowned music agency recently acquired by UTA. 

Dave has produced theatre, videos, television and film during his extended career. Some highlights include comedian Lewis Black's play "Czar of Rock and Roll" as well as his sold out shows at Carnegie Hall, Linda Eder's Holiday Television Special for Bravo, Celtic Thunder's lead singer Paul Byrom's special for PBS Television, as well as an award winning production of the classic play "Bent". 

He has won awards and been nominated for both his producing and talent buying skills by industry publications including Pollstar and the Los Angeles Times. 

VICTORIA MORRIS

Victoria Morris is founder and CEO of Lexikat Artists, a literary management and producing company. She’s thrilled to be joining forces with her long time and trusted colleagues Ronni and Dave Hart at Powerline Entertainment.

In her first life, Victoria was a professional dancer.  She worked on numerous Film and TV shows prior to becoming an Agent.  Victoria began her business career as one of the first Dance Agents specifically focusing on dance in theatre, television, and film. Formerly EVP of Theatrical Representation at Kazarian Measures & Associates, she developed and oversaw the opening of their New York office, which continues to represent actors for television, film and Broadway.

Victoria serves on the board of directors for Broadway Dreams, is a consultant for The Los Angeles’ The Miracle Project under the direction of Elaine Hall, and teaches at several University Theatre and Dance Departments. Yearly she visits UCLA, Pepperdine University and University of Northern Colorado.  Victoria is a visiting Business of Theatre professor at Chapman University.

Victoria's producing credits include the Broadway Deaf West Production of Spring Awakening, The Ovation Award winning Wallis Annenberg Theatre Production of Spring Awakening, If All The Sky Were Paper, presented at The Kennedy Center and The Kirk Douglas Theatre, Scary Musical, Biting Broadway, and a 3 performance production of Ballet Now at The Los Angeles Music Center Program which was curated by her client, NYCB Prima Ballerina Tiler Peck.

Victoria believes in the power of the imagination and the the creative process and remains committed to developing well-rounded, diverse, and lucrative stage careers for actors, directors, writers, and choreographers.
